Hotel Booking Information – SAW Conference 2026

Before booking your accommodation or day delegate package with the hotel, you must first register for the SAW Conference through our online registration form. If you haven’t done so – CLICK HERE

• Conference Registration Fee: £80 (Early Bird Offer Closed).

  This fee is paid directly to SAW by BACS. Registration entitles you to attend the Conference and enter SAW competitions.

All other costs (accommodation, day delegate rates, gala dinner) are paid directly to the hotel and form a separate contract between you and the hotel.

Accommodation – SAW Delegate Rates

Delegates staying at the hotel should book directly with the Westerwood Hotel. To receive the SAW discounted rate, please call the hotel on 01236 860724 (Mon–Fri, 9:00am–5:00pm) and quote SAW26 along with your Conference Registration Number (You get this when you register).

• Single Occupancy – Friday night: £150

  (includes Friday evening dinner, overnight stay, Saturday breakfast, Saturday lunch, teas/coffees, and bottled water at workshops)

• Single Occupancy – Saturday night: £150

  (includes Saturday Gala dinner, overnight stay, Sunday breakfast, Sunday lunch, teas/coffees, and bottled water at workshops)

• Double Occupancy – per room, per night: £243 (£121.50 per person)

  (includes dinner, overnight stay, breakfast, lunch, teas/coffees, and bottled water for two people)

• Additional Nights should you wish to come early or leave late (Thursday or Sunday):

  • Single Occupancy: £95 Bed & Breakfast

  • Double Occupancy: £110 Bed & Breakfast

Payment Terms for all accommodation bookings: 50% deposit required at time of booking, balance payable on arrival.

Day Delegates (not staying overnight)

If you are not staying at the hotel, you must still register as a conference delegate with SAW. In addition, the hotel requires a Day Delegate Rate of £44 per day (Saturday or Sunday).

This charge is mandatory and covers:

• Lunch

• Teas & coffees

• Bottled water

• Use of conference facilities

Gala Dinner (Optional Add-On)

Day Delegates wishing to attend the Saturday Gala Dinner at an additional cost of £42 per person.

Important Notes

• Step 1: Register with SAW for the Conference (payment to SAW via BACS).

• Step 2: Once you receive your unique Registration Number, call the hotel to book your accommodation, day delegate rate, or Gala Dinner.

• Step 3: Quote SAW26 and your Registration Number when booking with the hotel.

Car parking at the hotel is free

Your SAW Conference Registration Form will be ‘live’ online 4th October 2025. Once you have access to this form and fill it in please take note of your unique conference registration number you will receive by email in receipt of submission.
Next all you have to do is pay SAW Bank Account (see details below) quoting your Registration Number. This will allow you to book your conference accommodation with the hotel quoting your unique number. Please book early as places soon fill up.
Please Note: 50% deposit for bedrooms is due at the time of booking with the remaining balance to be paid on arrival at the hotel and that any day delegates not staying are required to pay their Delegate Day Rate of £44 at the time of booking.
